  I have great confidence in the abilities of Drs. Sarah McKenny and Mandy Waller. They treated my two dogs through multiple illnesses and were instrumental in ensuring that both had the highest levels of care. These doctors were both direct and open about what to expect, which made me a better pet parent. I am grateful that we had them as our vets.

  For over six years, VCA gave our chihuahua the very best care we could have ever hoped for! Leaving Dallas for an upcoming move out of state will require us to find a new vet and the bar is set remarkably high. The front desk and booking staff were always super accommodating in getting our pup in whenever we needed. Billing was always straightforward and we relied on their detailed invoices for submission to our pet insurance company that never turned our claims away. Pro tip: INSURE YOUR ANIMALS! It's totally worth it. Doctors Snyder and Morchower were the most expert professionals who took on our dog's health as if he was their own. At just five pounds, they handled him with the most gentle touch and only took action that improved his life all the time. From detailed blood panels, to allergy treatments, and routine maintenance, we never even questioned their actions; had total confidence in them every visit. One standout scenario, though, was when our dog fell incredibly ill while we were a thousand miles from home. He was at an emergency vet in a different state and Dr. Snyder leaned in to help guide us with the team of vets there. It was remarkable. Once we got home to Dallas, Dr. Snyder's consistent follow-up only made things improve more. We were so grateful for her kindness all the time. She's just the best vet we've ever worked with and would recommend her to anyone. We will miss the VCA Katy Trail staff here in Dallas and hope to find another team that can match their level of service down the road. It won't be easy. A+ all the way and thanks for supporting "Big" Lou and us for many years!

  I recently took my cat, Yogi, for his annual exam, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived at VCA Katy Trail, we felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. McKenny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind, treating Yogi with such genuine compassion that it truly warmed my heart. What impressed me the most was how Dr. McKenny and her amazing assistant took their time addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. Yogi barely noticed his shot, thanks to Dr. McKenny's gentle approach. She also provided invaluable advice on preventative care and diet, which gave me great peace of mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have found VCA Katy Trail. Dr. McKenny’s dedication and warmth make all the difference, and I will definitely be returning for Yogi's future care. If you're looking for a veterinarian who truly cares, I highly recommend Dr. McKenny and her team.

  Katy Trail Animal Hospital is great and a competent vet clinic. The staff and vets are excellent kind caring and knowledgeable always friendly. We took our dogs to them for 11 years, starting with two puppies with an illness that they soldiered on with us and helped us beat. These people love animals! Five stars

  I am so happy I found this place! This is the best vet clinic with the most empathetic people. I saw Dr. Snyder who is excellent. Everyone from the nurse to the receptionist made me and my pet feel very welcome. Kathy, Kristina, Elizabeth, and Daniel deserve their praises. Take your pet here for care and you will never want to take them anywhere else!
