  Overall experience was excellent from start to finish. This Total Wireless store just opened and everything was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took their time explaining the plans, pricing, and options without rushing or pressuring me, which I really appreciated.
