When I got home, I realized that they had made a mistake, one phone line was the wrong phone number altogether and the other was programmed to the wrong phone! When I returned to the store is when the customer service score went from 3 stars to zer0 stars in my book! Nancy was very rude, and cut me off saying "we will just proceed with the refund" followed by "unfortunately, because you got the phones for free, there is no money to refund you" so DONT FALL FOR FREE PHONE PROMO she told me the service for the 2 lines was non refundable on her end. I HAD JUST PAID $150 CASH so, I know the money was there! She then proceeded to be very rude and condescending at one point saying that I "was being cheap" ?? I guess for wanting them to deliver what the promo promised? RUDE, RUDE, RUDE !!
