  Signing up for the Total Tech Experience? These Geeks are not what they used to be. Don't expect a time saving experience. Long wait times on their phone lines. They probably have good people, somewhere, but don't expect experts to answer the phone or visit your home. The operators/agents don't understand the different products, and often send the wrong trainee to try and help. If you use this service, you need a lot of time and patience. All very cordial, but ... Just not the same Geeks they used to be. :-( Not saying they can't solve problems on the second or third call to visit, but ... remember this service is billed on a per call basis.

  Took my laptop in for repair. They told me I needed a new hard drive. I said ok go a head. Issue seemed to be resolved when I picked it up. But now my laptop goes to sleep and will not wake up from a black screen unless I force a shut down everytime and turn it back on. They told me this due ops being different on the new hard drive and there's nothing they can do. My business is ran from a laptop each time my laptop goes to sleep all my work is lost. I paid $300 for them to repair and now this computer is basically a paper weight.
