- JLJ F LJan 7, 20231.0Guy driving van in Mesquite on 635 was tailgating car I am a passenger in, we changed lanes to avoid a problem, he changed behind us and continued tailgating. We were finally able to get away from him, he passed us by, gave us a nasty look and yelled at us. This happened on northbound 635 near the Military/ Scyene Road exit today, January 7th, around 3:20pm. WE tried to call 911 but couldn't get thru. So freaking scary. Couldn't catch the van number, never got a good look at it.

Every step required me to wait an hour, they regularly just hang up rather than dealing with the issue. The solutions are childish. Anything difficult is beyond them Took 3 calls and an hour to get a refund.

Tall thin black man in Geek Squad then started coming up with multiple reasons why that would be a problem. I told him if it was going to be such an inconvenience I would go somewhere else and thanked him for his time. Horrible customer service.
