And I love that he didn’t try to sell me anything, but explained that I took great care of my machine and said if I did want to ever upgrade, wait until Black Friday and do a price match w/ the 20% discount. He talked about the differences with the newer models and even walked me through the different parts and how they work. Overall, 10/10!!!

Your tech, Jonathan was such a knowledgeable and professional because he tried to find the issues and promptly fixed them with detailed explanations. Another staff was there and he seemed to be the same to other customers. It was a bit of the trip to come all the way to the store, but your customer service was awesome and made us feel good to come here after all. Thank you!
