Dyson does not care about their customers. Third broken $550 Hair Dryer, and 4 weeks later after returning this one the Dyson rep can’t provide any confirmation and will not expedite any shipment of my replacement.

I would rate the Animal 3 a two but it picks up animal hair as advertised. It can’t pick up small cat food bits and just drags it around. User has to go slowly over cat litter. The tool hose is pointless since it’s nearly impossible to manuvre in various spaces. The suction of the hose is ok. I do like the ball effect to get under counters. Dyson product are overrated and high in price. I’m going back to Kenmore.

We have a Dyson v11 torque vacuum and it recently began to clog within 2 mins of vacuuming. I've tried all the troubleshooting recommended and still doesnt work correctly. I looked up my product on my dyson account and still had 7 months of warranty remaining. As I was chatting with the customer support and informing them of my product and issue. They removed the 7 months Warranty and said my warranty was expired. How convenient huh!! What a freaking joke!!! As many products as we've bought from dyson and this is the crap we get. Won't buy dyson again!!! Not that it matters to them anyway!!! Save yourself the trouble and buy from another company.
