  we had a great experience at the new Cricket store on Lancaster Rd. Manager Chris and Brian were absolutely wonderful. They took their time helping us, explained everything clearly, and made sure we got the best deals. Their customer service was excellent. I’m really glad we chose this location.

  I bought two brand new phones last Friday from this location and I was told to come back where the HBO Max could be loaded on my phone the next day to come back the next day however in between the time I had several issues and problems with my phone dropping calls barely can't hear on the phone fading out and doing numerous things. Once I arrived I was met by Ramos Rodriguez, he told me I didn't have the plan for the HBO Max okay no problem but what about the phone he said I called my manager to see if we can do something about it and I said okay if not I'll just have to buy another phone somewhere and keep my service,because this is the second phone in 3 months that I purchased and they don't work correctly so he got offensive and told me I was being rude and told me not to come back in their store.

  Jonathan was very helpful 🤗and extremely nice got us a really great deal and very patient with us helped me and my friend Kelly get a phone very pleased with home and service and she’s looking forward to being a customer again 🤗
