  Says they dont do trade credit anymore but according to website plus the big sign saying trade carrier for a free 5g phone

  Terrible service, couldn't understand the guy talking to me, conned us into a service plan WE DIDNT EVEN NEED, because we were only there to reactivate the phone only to be told that we BOUGHT. A whole new PLAN when this wasn't what we wanted in the slightest I asked for help and dude says can't help you call the help line. Terrible service terrible company

  Friendly guy at the counter and clean store, but the screen protectors we bought were mislabeled and too small for the phones we had and one of them was already scratched when we took it out of the package.
