- LDL DNov 28, 20251.0Absolute horror story. AVOID AT ALL COST. I went up here on 11/28/25 for the Black Friday sale and was told by a hispanic lady with glasses and terrible customer service if I go online then I could potentially get a cheaper deal rather than paying in shop. However when I went online and tried to complete my purchase the website TOOK MY MONEY and did not provide me with a email, confirmation #, a pin or anything. I tried to call and reach customer service but they told me they won't even let me talk to anyone without a "current cricket phone number" so I tried to tell this to the woman at the 4353 Gannon LN location in Dallas that I came from but she was declining my calls back to back until I spammed her then she got on the phone as if she wasn't doing that, then proceeded to tell me that it should've sent me something implying that im either falsifying the information im giving her or that she simply does not want to help because she's not actually listening but responding with the one and only line She can cognitively conjure. This representative gave horrible customer service and instead of just trying not to answer the phone even though I was just there and know the store isn't that busy how about trying to be honest and say you can't help but you can help me reach customer service on the Line. At least pretend that you care, its not anyones fault your there at that age. Will be reversing the transaction through my bank though lol. MetroPCS is right next door and their customer service picks up immediately 😂
