- NHNFS HeroDec 8, 20251.0Might as well shut the location down or clean house altogether. The professionalism here sucks. Avoid this place go to metro instead, this cricket is also unwilling to work with customers and is rude to them. Last time I went Luis was extremely rude towards us, wasn't willing to help either. Also tapped with his hand on the desk to send a cuss word via Morse code thinking we wouldn't understand it. 0- out of 5 unfortunately Google doesn't allow a lower rating.
- DDDeeDec 5, 20225.0I had to get my new iphone 14 activated and it was a long process because I could not remember the code on my account. Stephanie and Leslie were so incredibly helpful. They were patient and stayed on the phone with customer service as long as it took to resolve the problem and get me taken care of. If i ever need another iphone activated, I would definitely come back!
