- MHMaria HernandezDec 16, 20251.0alright I would like to say I'm very UPSET with the horrible customer service I received a couple minutes ago. I was yelled at and also threatened with security. At the same exact location in cricket wireless by Columbia. She raised her voice at me she commonly has this brown hair and wasn't wearing any makeup and she was also along with this chubby some like girl she wasn't doing anything wrong unlike the so called slightly slim girl that caught an attitude ever since I stepped foot into the store. She raised her voice and said "how are u gonna tell me how to do my job" and also "I don't gotta tell you my name" when I asked her for her name nicely. And also when I asked for her corporate number she said she didn't have to give me anything.
