Jess from the Bestbuy team at this location was very dismissive and unwelcoming. She was standing and chatting with another colleague when I approached her to request for help over at the Meta Quest section. She seemed irritated that I asked her if she was free and available to help me to which she said " why do you need help?" in a sarcastic tone. The other team member who she was chatting with offered to help me. Jess muttered under her breath.."im not sure who knows Quest here" However this location lost a Meta Quest sale. I felt I was being inconvenient to the staff and was bothering them. ( note to self never to come to this location again)
The main reason for my visit to this location: I came for a Meta AI glasses demo appointment.
Ceceile at the Meta glasses section could have given a bit more of a customer service vibe. I received a cold blank expression when I gave my name when she checked the appointment schedule.
There after Sydney at the Meta glasses counter assisted me with the demo.
No one needs to have all the answers but come on... a service oriented attitude is the bare minimum right?
I love both BestBuy and Meta-
But the experience today at this location was bad due to the staff members I had to interact with.

I accidentally ordered a product here, I never recieved it, yet they claim it was picked up. I live over two hours away and ive been actively speaking with best buy almost daily. I dont know if a worker stole it...if they gave it to someone random or its a mistake but its very frustrating to say the least. Since all ive gotten is the run around, I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Asked a sales associate for help getting an iPad keyboard from the locked case and he proceeded to inform me that I needed to seek support from someone in a blue shirt (because they had the keys to the case). While I’m at the case with the other associate, I overheard him tell a white couple that he would be right back as he would go fetch another sales associate that could help them. Just felt strange for him to go the extra mile and fetch the person that the couple needed but tell me that I had to go look for someone who could help me. From the looks of the other reviews, it seems like this is a pattern!

I had a great experience at Best Buy. The store was clean and well organized, and it was easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. Checkout was quick, and my purchase worked perfectly. Best Buy is my go-to place for electronics because of their good selection, fair prices, and helpful customer service. Highly recommend!

On 12-16 ,I was returning a camara that i just got like 1 or 2 hours before ,in the costumer service the guy said that where do you get this camera because they don't sell it anymore that the last one was sold in july,and i said sr i jut got it from this store,he call the manager amd the manager was worse he keep asking where fo you get it is a 250 camara ,and we dont have it anymore and i ask him pls go check you have more there and no he doesn't listen y ask him to look at the cameras to see what i got ,He keep saying that i take a white box not a black one,finally wen i proved them wrong hi just walk away, no apology nothing, yes i im a latina not sure if it was the reason ,but never go back to this store .
