Drove from Anna in traffic only to get a ugly attitude from the so called Apple store manager or person that was "in charge" told my mom 70 year old mom to assume responsibility for locking her icloud. That there was nothing they could do. That is very disrespectful to come from management. He was of latin decent with a thin gold chain I didn't catch his name! The icloud was locked and making her wait 13 days to reset it. We were told to go to the store by Apple customer service only to be treated with such disrespect!!!! That Manager needs not to work around customers with the way he spoke to my mom!!!!!! Very rude there is only two apple store in the dfw aera. And thats the type of management you have at this store in North park

He seems like he was laughing at us while we were explaining how we we were due a credit. He has ruined our concept of an apple employee. He should not have a customer facing role much less a managerial role. With someone like him in the store people will find alternative stores or brands
