We called the customer service on the phone told them the issue, surprisingly the New Phone got activated on the old number line without even purchasing the phone for me yet! My old phone went on SOS, then the manager told me to go to t-mobile to activate my old phone back again and that the New iPhone that they were about to sell for me he told they can’t sell it anymore! This whole process took more than 2 hours in the store just go trade in. Apple Store staff they blamed the issue on t-Mobil! I ended up not going back again and I trade in the Old iPhone with a IPhone 17 in a different store!
