One of the workers was upset that he had to put down an appointment for us and was not using words to communicate with my mom and grandma, just nodding. The girl that tended to us for the appointment was speaking to me as if I were stupid when I was trying to explain to her what the issue was. The issue wasn’t even resolved, the devices we brought in were not removed from Find My like I had asked. The girl who helped us for our appointment walked off before I could catch that they weren’t removed.

They were told that even though they were early they could get started. After 3 attempts to get assistance someone finally came to help but immediately took our product to another table to look at it and proceeded to talk to the people at that table for 10 minutes only to come back and say they couldn’t help.
