Don't believe his hype and talk and open the account the account in another store.

They have employees standing around looking at their phones, yet nobody assisting people that walk in unless you “interrupt” them. Security is useless, spent their entire time on their phone, was able to walk around the store, find all the cameras, and walk by the officer in the corner multiple times and she didn’t lift her head from her phone even once. Another useless officer. Wait time to pick up my order was over 30 minutes, even though they knew I was coming.

I had an appointment at the Genius Bar and ended up waiting for 35 minutes to see a technician. When they finally looked at my laptop, I determined the price to fix it wasn't worth it and expressed interest in getting a new laptop. Instead of discussing the options in-depth or getting a sales team member to assist me, the technician pointed in the general directions of the laptops and told me I can take a look. After waiting for over half an hour for my appointment I had zero interest in making a $1000+ purchase if feeling like my business wasn't wanted and have to wait around any longer. Better time management and teamwork is very much needed at this location.
