Sad they don't assist all the way through your process or pass you on to next person, when one is there for troubleshooting or resetting problems,smh, plenty of employees just a lack of work ethic. But don't let it be an upgrade, they are quick to sell you a product. Never ever going back.

I feel a no nonsense attitude was given 😠 In my eye site very poor service. My daughter was very saddened as well. She is handicap, she feels like they discounted her. She said mom; i felt like they could have helped me if they really wanted to.
