    On two separate visits this month, it took a lot of effort just to get anyone to assist me, and the first person I spoke with each time did not seem very knowledgeable or willing to troubleshoot my issue. Once I escalated, I eventually found someone who would genuinely try to help, but it should not take that much pushing to receive basic service. Meanwhile, there always seem to be dozens of employees standing around who could be far more useful if they were actively engaging with customers instead of waiting on the sidelines.

    The staff was helpful but whatever management team allowed the absolute BLASTING of music in the store to "let the kids dance" is why this is getting a 1 star. The store was already busy enough and I understand it's loud, but the level the music was at was making it to the point that you need to shout just to be heard over the music, let alone all the other people shouting over everyone else. This makes it not only frustrating but also dangerous as there are many many moving parts and people. Not to mention the inherent and tragic dangers of being in very crowded public spaces living in the US/Texas. If there had been an emergency I would have deferentially not heard it for sure. My sum up is that they are being reckless and inconsiderate for no reason at this Apple Store and I recommend anyone look somewhere else for shopping or tech needs. Apple's stuff is the same price no matter where you go so don't go here and reach out to Apple online for support if you can. The Genius Bar seems to send everything out for repair these days anyway so save yourself the trouble.

My order was ready as promised, and the staff at the pickup area handled everything smoothly—I was in and out in just a few minutes, even though the store was fairly busy. It’s clear they have the online order fulfillment down to a science, which is great for anyone in a hurry. However, I wasn’t a fan of the pickup counter being set up outside the main store in the mall hallway. It felt a bit makeshift and exposed, especially in a bustling shopping center like Galleria Dallas. Waiting out in the open walkway wasn’t the most comfortable or premium experience you’d expect from Apple—it made the whole thing feel less special and more like grabbing a package from a generic kiosk. That said, the staff were friendly and professional, and the store itself looks modern and well-organized inside. If you’re just doing a quick pickup like I was, it’s convenient enough, but I’d prefer if they brought the counter back indoors for a better vibe. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for fast pickups, but Apple could elevate the experience by rethinking that hallway setup. Still a reliable spot for your Apple needs in North Dallas!
