Ridiculous warranty process. My AirPods Pro 3 broke within a few months and is a nightmare to get fixed. They route all warranty requests through a single employee at the genius bar while having more than 8 employees just chatting with one another in a circle. They also require an appointment with 24 hour notice for them to even take a look at it. I’ve made multiple trips to multiple Apple stores and they purposely structure their warranty process this what to dissuade legitimate warranties due to manufacturing defects

Appointment was at 2:15 didn’t start the appointment until 2:30. I bought my AirPods new in November it hasn’t even been a full 3 months and they’re having connectivity issues. The store refused to exchange them in store because it has been over 30 days. I don’t think I should have to wait 3-5 days for my AirPods to be shipped out.

Warning- Avoid this store for trade-ins! I traded in my iPhone here on Sept 27 and have the receipt, but it's been 5 months and Verizon still hasn't received it.
The store management is irresponsible and refuses to help despite multiple visits and calls. Horrible customer service—they lost my device and I'm still paying full price. Their handling of this is a mess.
Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!!!

The waiting time was way too long. Even after my phone was repaired, I had to wait for another 15 minutes. Wish I work at the store, so I will be paid while I am waiting.

This has been the worst Apple Store experience I’ve had. I came here multiple times to get a broken back glass checked. Each visit took nearly 2 hours just for diagnosis.
On my last visit, the technician told me to come back the next day at any time, said they would take my phone and fix it in about 30 minutes.
So I drove 30 minutes again, only to be told by another employee that they couldn’t take my phone, and that I’d either have to come back another day or leave my phone with them.
This kind of miscommunication and wasted time is unacceptable. It feels completely disorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time.
I’m extremely disappointed with Apple’s service here, and honestly, it’s making me reconsider sticking with Apple at all.
