    I can't ever find someone to check me out. If I could get it online I'd just do that and avoid the store all together. Also, why would I buy accessories here anymore when the return policy for a total tech member at Best Buy is 45 days? It's only 14 days here now, that's not enough time. I used to be such a huge fan of Apple, but in the recent years, I feel like they've turned evil and money hungry. You either die a hero, or live long enough to become the villain. That's Apple. It's not about the user anymore. Steve would never.

    I see multiple workers walking around working. I understand that this store gets busy, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I came into the store and I checked in for a replacement AirPod. I was told that the weight would be 15 minutes and I was at the top of the waiting list although I told them exactly which AirPod I was waiting for I had multiple people come to me several times asking me which AirPod I was missing. Finally the last person that approached me came up to me 40 minutes later, although I was told it was only going to be a 15 minute wait tell me the AirPod that I was waiting for all this time was out of stock in this location. It’s completely understandable for things to be out of stock but why was I not told this at the very beginning, why did I have to wait 40 minutes just to be told that they are out of stock! This was absolutely insane

    Very rude employees!! I asked for help and they just looked at me confused and had a bad attitude when helping me. And when I was testing a product they were just there staring at me rushing me waiting for me to be done, I’ve never had such a worse experience at any Apple Store before! I actually came to purchase something but all I could think about was just getting out of there because the employees made me uncomfortable. I don’t recommend going here. It’s almost like they don’t want you to shop there

    Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Customer Service I went to the Apple Store at Galleria Dallas on Saturday because my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max completely froze. I tried the usual reset method (volume up, volume down, power button for 10 seconds), but it didn’t work. After waiting for about an hour, the technicians couldn’t fix it. The representative gave me two options: to either get the device fixed or replaced. Several employees inside the store even recommended I replace it since it’s a brand-new, expensive phone. I agreed to the replacement, and I was verbally promised that my new device would arrive by Monday, or at the latest Tuesday. I signed paperwork at the store that had no date listed, but I was told directly by the associate that the replacement would arrive by November 1st. Now that it’s Tuesday, I called the store for an update and was told they have no idea when my device will arrive. They completely retracted their earlier promise, and their tone was dismissive. I explained multiple times that I’m a content creator and makeup artist, especially during Halloween season, and my phone is essential for my work and income. Still, the staff offered no real help or empathy—just told me I “should’ve gone to Verizon,” even though that option was never mentioned when I was in the store. For such a premium brand, the lack of accountability, communication, and consistency at this location is unacceptable. I feel misled and unsupported after spending so much money on a new iPhone. Apple should do better—especially for loyal customers who rely on their products to make a living.
