  Stopped in on Saturday because my Dyson blow dryer stopped working and I had tried all of the online troubleshooting tips to no avail. Within 10-15 minutes of diagnosing, cleaning it (the motor had hair product buildup), and testing it, I was on my way. The repair technician was super friendly and knowledgable. On top of it, he didn't charge me for the service. I highly recommend stopping in if you're having issues with one of your Dyson products!

  I went to the Park Lane Dyson shop to see if they sold a replacement head for my v12 detect. The rubber along the bottom of it had come loose and was causing the plastic to scrape the floors. Mario helped me and was so friendly and helpful. He went to the back with my v12 part to see if they had any replacements in stock. He came back with my original part and told me the technician was able to glue it back on and I wouldn’t need a replacement. This saved me $130! He also taught me how to open it and clean it, which I hadn’t learned how to do because I had bought my Dyson from the website. I did buy a replacement roller to use when I’m cleaning my current one. I highly recommend going to this Dyson store and ask for Mario.

  Was super excited to purchase the Coanda 2x machine, I left and as soon as I opened, I noticed it had black marks and a chip in the paint. Took it back, they checked it and saw it had a flaw, took it in for an exchange but super condescending and sarcastic remarks from the staff like if I was being picky or dramatic over a machine that costs over $700. For a new machine you should be getting a NEW, not scratched or chipped product. Now that I received the new one, which to be honest I don’t know if they sealed it right before I got it? Because I open it, a Dyson with even worse scratches and has a scratch so deep it’s changed color. Now I have to go back tomorrow and ask for ANOTHER exchange or to be honest return the product completely. 0/10 experience.

  Dyson Sucks! Bought the wrong part. This guy keeps me on the phone forever asking me 100 stupid personal questions. Then won't let me return a brand-new part because it is a few days over 30 days. I wouldn't need to buy a new part if the machine wasn't shit and lasted more than 1.5 years! Save your money. Shark is way better.

  Dyson has the absolute worst customer service and call center experience that could be imagined. All they do is tell you what they can't do and what you need to do and to spend more money with them. I have spoken to eleven diffrent reps trying to speak to a manager so I can escalate the issue but these people just send you round and round and round as to not let you speak with manager. If I could give less the one star I would -5 stars absolute regret purchasing with this company
