She said I would have to sign up with new service and new phone number. She told me I would have to buy a new phone in-store if I wanted to transfer my service. She then ignored me and started playing with her phone. What a load of bullsh*t. Do yourself a favor and don't get scammed by her or this store. Later that day I bought a SIM card at Walmart for 2.50 and services transferred instantly.
