My experience with Apple was very disappointing. Initially, I purchased a Mac, but I was given the wrong model. Due to the time, they refused to process an exchange and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, I had to go through the entire purchase and return process again, only to be kept waiting for about three hours before being told the product was not available and that I would have to wait nearly a month. I then decided to request home delivery, but once again, they made an error and placed the order for in-store pickup instead. To make matters worse, on Sunday, April 19, 2026, I went to pick up accessories and equipment for my Mac after receiving a notification that everything was ready. However, upon arrival, I was told the items were not available. The online information did not match the actual inventory in the store. What is even more concerning is that these items were already assigned to my name and marked as ready for pickup. Store inventory that is reserved for a specific customer should not be sold or reassigned, yet that is exactly what happened in my case. Due to all these issues, I chose to cancel the entire purchase. The process was slow, disorganized, and full of errors. Unfortunately, the customer service was far below expectations. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable shopping experience.

DONT GO HERE! Bought a phone here once... took it home opened the box and saw the screen was demolished with the phone already turned on and the fluid leaking out. Took it back only to be called a "intrusive scammer" to which they claimed i had previously been there and "racially confronted one of the workers" TERRIBLE SERVICE BROKEN PRODUCT AND RUDE LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!! The photo i included is how I am living right now after the employees sued me for misconduct of return policy

I had a really frustrating experience with this Apple Store. I placed an order online for pickup and paid in advance, then drove over 30 minutes to get there. Just five minutes before I arrived, they canceled my order. When I got to the store, I was told they no longer had the color I ordered in stock. There was no meaningful explanation and no effort to make it right. Canceling an order at the last minute with no heads-up is incredibly inconvenient and disrespectful of customers’ time. I ended up wasting a long drive for nothing. Very disappointing experience and poor coordination on their end.

I went to this store for a simple battery replacement when I came back to pick up my phone the display was messed up. They took it back to fix it when I came back to pick it up again they replaced the whole back unit and they didn’t remove the sim before shipping my phone out. So when I got my phone, I had to spend and other half and a half at the store reactivating my phone which one of the techs was kind enough to help me. After I had an issue restoring my backup to this phone, so I went to ask a tech. They didn’t even try to help me; he essentially told me that my backup was corrupt and I would have my photos and messages but everything else would have to be reinstalled and redone. I’ve been able to restore my phone from a backup from a previous phone before so I didn’t understand what the issue was but I asked another tech. He told me pretty much the same thing. Both of these techs didn’t even offer to try to fix my issue they immediately tried to give me some bs explanation. When I went home, I reset my phone and was able to restore my phone from my previous phone backup and get all of my phone data back. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Apple Store. Both of the techs I spoke to were extremely condescending and didn’t even want to try to help me.

We went to the Northpark store to buy an iPhone 17. Employees ignored us, said they couldn’t help us, said to stand by the phone table and someone would come over which they never did. They were standing around in groups talking to each other. Finally, someone who had earlier said he couldn’t help us and said we would have to wait for a Salesrep came over. When I told him the model we wanted he told us they didn’t have any and then tried to talk me into another model. When I told him the model I wanted had specific cameras he tried to tell me all the other models had the same cameras. Even when I showed him Apple literature showing the differences, he tried to tell me they were all the same and was upset I wouldn’t buy something I didn’t want. Like all the other employees there I talked to he was rude, condescending, and dismissive. We left. We did go to the Galleria store and while they did not have what we wanted, they were polite and helpful. Apple should seriously consider replacing their manager at the Northpark store. They are a black eye to the Apple reputation.
