  Very disappointed at apple very cheaply made products I was basically scammed. I spent over $1500 on an iPhone 17 pro max, one of the worst phones I ever owned. The phone started to lose charge like crazy and overheating after 5 months from buying it brand new. I brought it here, I was dealing with “Ethan” he’s one of the store managers, to get the phone fixed or replaced since it’s still under warranty. They keep restoring the phone they think it’s a software issue, it’s not a software problem I told them it has a faulty battery they just don’t wanna listen. I came here twice every time I spend 5-6 hours they keep repeating same process that never solved the problem. My phone still overheating and losing charge, they just don’t wanna admit the device is defective so they don’t replace it. I’m selling the stupid phone and switching back to Samsung.

  Lori and Desh were amazing with their service. Welcoming and polite and brilliant Apple Vision Pro Demo! Got my battery service replaced for a good price and genuine parts. Was able to get an appointment without a reservation. However, this store is quite small and too busy for dallas metro area. The guy at checkout was handling another customer and kept me waiting for over 20 minutes after a 2 hour wait, and seemed very confused and unprofessional. They need more staff to for smoother checkout. 3.5/5

  I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was (I believe) deaf and had an interpreter on an iPad. He was so so friendly and helpful and quick to greet and assist me when I walked in! I was in and out of there with my order in just a few minutes. Friendly reminder to please look signers in the eye when they speak to you, not at the interpreter. It’s natural to look at the person whose voice you hear, but they are not the one helping you, the Apple employee is. ❤️

  By far the worst experience at an apple store. I was greeted and bounced around to person to person. Its a monday, store was not packed. I bought the phone and explicitly told them I was transferring from an andriod. They placed me at the transfer station. I was there for almost an hour and a half until the transfer was complete. I was having issues signing into my apple account on the iphone. The lady, like the 4th person to help me, told me to restart my phone. It prompted me to start a new transfer. I asked for her help. She said from an andriod it will take 2 hours and do it at home. I told her I have already been sitting here for hours doing the transfer. She didnt care and shrugged said it didnt go through. Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Better off going to another store in dallas! Extremely unhappy. I just left the store.

  Very Disapointed about my service appointment. It took me like 40-50 minutes to get there because of heavy traffic, so I arrived 20 minutes after my appointment. They told me to wait for the tech and waited about 40 minutes only for them to tell me that there is not enough time to complete my phone repair. Very disapointed. I understand I arrived late but please don't make me wait an hour just to tell me you can't do it. There were still almost 2 hours left for the store to close.
