Linda and Bella and Bella got their simparica trio here at the cheapest price in the area, I didn’t have to pay for the price of the exam because there is a coupon on the website for a free first exam. The front desk staff and the vet were really nice and I appreciate them. I am hoping to still be in the area and get more simparica trio next month.

It's taken me a while to write this review, but I will preface by saying if your pet is ill do not take them to VCA. Firstly I took my boy here because he was not doing well one morning when I woke up. They did get him in quickly, same day actually, but told me he had joint pain and sent me away with joint pills, pain meds etc. I knew this wasn't joint pain and I did question the vet, but she pushed me off. They did take blood and the next day he was no better, just sitting there swaying and had an obvious tight belly. Honestly I'd never seen him like that. I called to inquire about his blood test results and I was told it was too early. They called later that day to tell me everything was fine. I told her he was defo not okay and after a bit of back of forth told me to bring him back in. After this I was told he had pancreatitis gave me more pain meds and told me if he gets worse I may want to think about taking him to the ER. He never recovered and I ended up taking him to A&M on Saturday. They should have told me to take him there ASAP, it would have saved him suffering all night long. Still to this day they haven't called to enquire about him, ask after his well being, give condolences or anything. I took back the drugs they gave him the following week to dispose of and pay the remaining insurance plan they made sound wonderful off. They never asked after him just seemed annoyed with me. If you want empathy this place is not the place for you. The Vet tech was very nice and helpful, the vet not so much. I'm still upset about my dog suffering for so long, and to be told he had JOINT PAIN is a joke. Incidentally he was RX with cancer, had a ton of fluid and blood in his belly, which was causing an extreme amount of pain. Even I knew his belly was tight. Thank you A&M for helping him and giving him the treatment he needed. Also do not sign up for their insurance plan! I was told costs would be lower if I decided to end the plan and pay it off...that was of course a lie. I paid exactly what was quoted. Also the blood test they ran was an absolute rip off. I was charged 5X more at VCA than another vet office quoted. Once again, thank you for calling to check on him. Also when calling to get his records sent to A&M they were more concerned about wether he would be in Monday for his Xray. Like what..I'm in the ER! But I guess I expect nothing else from them now.
