Salman the store manger helped me. Very friendly and helpful. He took the to shown how to go back thru the to do my choice settings. Granted access to my account several times and It’s been a week, has not been solved yet. Today she hang up my inquiry phone call when I was talking. Always asked for receipt when you gave your device to them! Total mess!
