As it happens, phones don’t prefer being subjected to being in an MRI. I was frantic as all of the data needed for the trip was in the phone! I called around and finally got ahold of Luz who was so kind and helpful and didn’t even make fun of me (even when I did!) She was extremely gracious, efficient and knowledgeable. I am incredibly grateful, thank you!

Did they care...nah as long as they made the sell who cares if it cost the customer hours afterwards or be charged full price. Then while waiting folks just walk in and be served while others who have been waiting are about to go off. Now a month later and the alleged new phone is defective. Blue tooth doesn't work, car play freezes up. Learned my lesson the hard way...never go to a non-corporate store...ever.
