Made mistakes and have not been able to fix our account for last eight months. All their managers are horrible. Wilson and Marcus both of them are the worst. They have zero customer service and keep lying.

Checked in, nobody spoke to me, then I sat and waited just under 2 hrs (yes, I was stupid for doing that) finally I just asked someone if they even had phones in stock and was told all they would have to be shipped. This could have been a simple conversation 2 hrs prior. They only have 2 people working with actual customers and 3-4 others standing around pretending they are managing the check in list. Such a strange experience. I’d recommend doing everything online - this store was struggling.
