  It's a great place, Joseph was very friendly and he helped us with the purchase of our telephones and we also bought the Internet for the house, it has great offers. I recommend to all the people who want a new telephone, Internet for the house come here.I should have come before.

  Complete waste of time and money. I paid for the Galaxy tab A9+ JUST FOR IT NOT TO WORK. THEY SAID THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE GALLERIA SAMSUNG OUTLET TO REPLACE IT!! I don't have a car to do that. The service sucks.. I SHOULD'VE STAYED WITH METRO..

  Here's a polished and impactful review based on your experience: Horrible Experience – Pushy Salesperson & Terrible Service I had an absolutely awful experience at this Total Wireless store. From the moment I walked in, the salesperson was overly pushy. I clearly stated my budget, yet he kept brushing it off and told me to "just have a seat." I was interested in the promotion they were advertising—a free iPhone SE with a $60/month plan—so I was ready to switch. However, instead of listening to me, he continuously interrupted, ignored my input, and took over my phone without explaining what he was doing. When I initially gave him the wrong PIN for my Cricket account by mistake, he questioned me about it as if I was lying, sighing in frustration instead of being helpful. Then, when he had to call my provider for the account number, I told him multiple times that I could just walk next door to get it myself. He refused, saying it would "just be a few more minutes"—even though I literally heard the hold time was 18 minutes. Eventually, I went to get it myself and was back in under five minutes. Meanwhile, this guy was FaceTiming his coworkers multiple times while "helping" me. What he didn't know was that I had my translator app running in the background, and I heard everything he was saying about me. Completely unprofessional. At no point did he give me a total cost until the very end—after I had already told him my budget multiple times. First, it was $160, then $130. I told him I had $109, and at the last second, he suddenly says, "I can't do it unless it's $110." Seriously? After over an hour of dealing with his dismissive attitude, interruptions, and lack of transparency, I left feeling completely frustrated and disrespected. I came in with a broken phone, and I left with a broken phone—just a wasted hour of my time and hurt feelings. I’m usually a very chill person, but this was beyond ridiculous. I will never be coming back to this store, and I strongly recommend others avoid it.
