Absolute horrible service, they are very rude and unprofessional we had an appointment for 4:30 for our dog and they denied it because supposedly our apt was for 4 when I received a call and email confirmation for 4:30 and so happens they close at 5. They just didn’t want to see us, there was no offer to reschedule or any accountability for misinformation on their end. IF YOU DONT HAVE A TIME SLOT AVAILABLE DONT OFFER IT!!

- HHHystericsAug 25, 20251.0Ever since Dr. Denton sold his practice when this used to be called Deer Creek and VCA took over, this place has gone downhill. The last remaining great vet here that left awhile ago was Dr. Taeriyan. Since she left, this place is all about the money and getting you and your pet in and out. They don't take time to properly diagnose your pets issue, nor do they seem to care. I've been bringing mine, and my mother's dogs here for over 20+ years, and I'll never come back since VCA took over. Dr. Denton and Dr. Taeriyan were the last vets here that made this place honest, caring and affordable, but not anymore. Incredibly sad.

Their Front desk receptionist Mrs.Sophia was also amazing and well over informative with helping with our CareClub plan. I feel I made a great decision on making this facility my girls primary care.
