- SMSelah MedlinFeb 23, 20265.0I absolutely loved my experience here even though my little dog didn’t have the best time. My little chiweenie apparently tore his ACL and ofcourse times the injury a couple weeks after losing all of our belongings in an apartment flood so funds are low atm. They took the best care of Bambi and sent us home with the meds he needed and a course of action for his recovery. They were so courteous and informative and gave me all options and outcomes, were not pushy about anything and they didn’t just tack on a whole lot of unnecessary procedures. They were very knowledgeable and patient, I will never go to another vet again. From the ladies at the front desk to the very amazing Dr.C, I am thankful to you!
- FHFarvah H.Feb 16, 20265.0Dr. Covarrubias, Summer, and the entire Deer Creek staff has always been amazing in the 10 years I have been coming here. Dr. Covarrubias gave me 3 more years with my bunny and I couldn’t be more grateful. Not many vets see bunnies so if anyone needs a vet for one — this is the place to go. Both my dog and my bunny were under great care. I’m thankful to everyone in the office for the extra years of love and snuggles they were able to give me with them.

Absolute horrible service, they are very rude and unprofessional we had an appointment for 4:30 for our dog and they denied it because supposedly our apt was for 4 when I received a call and email confirmation for 4:30 and so happens they close at 5. They just didn’t want to see us, there was no offer to reschedule or any accountability for misinformation on their end. IF YOU DONT HAVE A TIME SLOT AVAILABLE DONT OFFER IT!!
