I went in having multiple issues with my phone these ladies are extremely knowledgeable about my phone & services that I didn’t even know I had on my account. If ever you’re in Crockett and need help or for a good phone service I highly recommend these two ladies, as they definitely get the job done and they are very sweet & funny. 😄

Either the payment methods are ridiculous at this location or the employees are ignorant. Funny how I have payed on other people's account at other locations and never had this issue. The employee that was trying to help me had a question and she had to wait almost five minutes for the other girl to get off her personal phone call while sitting right beside her smh. #FIND BETTER EMPLOYEES OR TRAIN THEM BETTER...
