    My wife visited this store to open our business account. Unfortunately, we were assisted by Jasmine Garcia, and the experience has been unacceptable. She entered her personal email on our business account, failed to inform us of the changes she made while setting up the plan, and added an extra line that we are being billed for but do not use. At this point, I cannot even confirm whether that line is being used by her, which should be looked into immediately. Because of these mistakes, we have been unable to access our own business account. When my wife contacted 611, she was told the account was registered under Jasmine’s information—not ours. I then went to the store to resolve the issue, but once again had to deal with Jasmine. She was unable to fix the problem, was on her phone scrolling thru social media for most of the interaction, and her only response was, “Well, it’s only $30 a month.” This is completely unprofessional and dismissive. This situation needs to be corrected immediately. Additionally, this matter should be reviewed to ensure that employee misconduct or misuse of customer accounts is not occurring.

    Extremely poor customer service. While upgrading our phones we we were told that that there was a "special deal" going on where we could upgrade for free AND keep one of our existing phones as an added third line that would have NO MONTHY CHARGES ON IT. We didn't need a third line but were convinced that it would be free of any charges whatsoever and it allowed us to keep one of our phones for use if needed. We agreed - and then on our Verizon bill we saw that there was an extra monthly charge for this "free" third line. Verizon said there was no such deal that the store had offered. The store manager had also said she would waive the activation fees on the upgraded phones - that didn't happen either. Additional when setting up our upgraded phones (with an extra, undisclosed charged fee to do so) she switched the phone numbers on the two phones. So my wife had all her data (pictures, files, apps, etc.) on her phone but the phone was tied to MY phone number - and her number tied to my phone and corresponding data. After a couple hours on the phone with Russell cellular and Verizon AND a 30 minute drive back to the store several days later that was finally fixed - however we found a week later that people calling my wife's number were getting my voicemail greeting. Another trip into town to fix. Emails with Russell cellular during the past few weeks just state they are looking into it and can't comment.

    Stay away from this store , it is not a Verizon corporate store it is a Russell cellular store that sells Verizon service , the staff are untrained and some are rude , any problem they have they say they are a third party store and you have to contact Verizon , when you contact Verizon they say to go back and talk to the third party store , I tried contacting the Russell cellular corporate headquarters about this store and their call center won’t provide you with any contact information to reach a Russell cellular corporate employee, went in for early upgrade on my phone , they changed my plan when I specifically told them do not , the employee didn’t know how to do an early upgrade and had my account totally messed up , took 10 days dealing with Verizon direct to get my account back in order. Deal directly with a Verizon company store and stay away from Russell cellular stores .
