She entered her personal email on our business account, failed to inform us of the changes she made while setting up the plan, and added an extra line that we are being billed for but do not use. At this point, I cannot even confirm whether that line is being used by her, which should be looked into immediately. Because of these mistakes, we have been unable to access our own business account. When my wife contacted 611, she was told the account was registered under Jasmine’s information—not ours. I then went to the store to resolve the issue, but once again had to deal with Jasmine. She was unable to fix the problem, was on her phone scrolling thru social media for most of the interaction, and her only response was, “Well, it’s only $30 a month.” This is completely unprofessional and dismissive. This situation needs to be corrected immediately. Additionally, this matter should be reviewed to ensure that employee misconduct or misuse of customer accounts is not occurring.
