I took it in to see what they could do, said they would need to send it in for about $70 then they would tell me what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. Said I should probably just buy a new laptop. So I took it to a local repair guy. Who called me within 30 mins and said that my computer was fixed and ready to go. It just needed a reset. Charged me $30 and now he's my hero. Geeksquad sucks!
