- RRReeOct 28, 20254.0I talked with Michelle initially and Janice helped me get squated away. Both ladies were very nice. The one chick calling references though is not cut out for telephone customer service. Two of my reference contacts texted me saying she sounded so rude and she sat there plucking her eyebrows. Hopefully shes gets some training or they replace her. But other than her, the employees were nice and professional.
