Gentleman “helping” me was extremely rude on his personal phone the entire time told me he couldn’t help me because his system was showing my phone wasn’t delivered even though I had a message from Verizon and the phone in hand. Did everything to not help, was rude and unfriendly. Told me I could call customer service. So I did on the drive home the representative I spoke to had my new phone up and running before I hit my front door. Told me the gentleman at the store was lying and what he said doesn’t make sense. Unfortunately this is the one store in corpus. I’m tired of giving businesses money to end up dealing with lazy employees. I will do everything to never go into that store or purchase directly from them again. If my business is not appreciated I will take my money elsewhere. Reading other reviews it seems common.
