So, I waltzed into this location, and the sales rep became my hero. He called customer service on his end, fixed my account details like he my email & name, and then actually stayed on the phone with Total Wireless until the porting was fixed. I’m pretty sure he saved me from a full-on meltdown. For that, this team deserves a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and maybe a cape.
