  Come see Steven, awesome customer service. He was very helpful and got us the best deals possible. Out of all the providers we went to today total wireless is what we chose. Highly recommend!!!!!

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Switched to total wireless because they have $40 phone plans Dec5th I puerchased my phone on a $40 plan I go in to pay my $40 phone bill and Eva on Kostoryz attempts to charge me $65 she was rude threatened to throw me out she called the manager her manager told to sit down and shut up or they wouldn't let me pay my $65 bill They called me a liar that I didn't have the $40 plan... Told me I had to $60 plan but I have NONE of the $60 features I tried to explain that Ifact. Even after being called a liar and being told sit down and shut up... Beware they WILL say ur on a certain plan but not honor the plan... The lady Eva was listening to vulgar music and I regret by the treatment and atmosphere of the store switching to total wireless it's a total joke...... I'll be switching bk to Metro by T-Mobile tomorrow. Corporate needs to look into this fraudulent practice FCC needs too as well.
