Hello! I never leave reviews but todays experience was just so horrible i have no choice. Simple Pokemon purchase.. could have been smooth. I asked for a promo with my purchase since customer walking out told me hey they have "Pikachu Promos! " so when i asked for mine i thought it was simple... instead the LEAD at front was rude to me saying they are old and cant give them away anymore... They had to be scanned in... and also they would just throw them away since they cant give them out anymore... I WAS baffled when she told me she would throw them away...customer told me walking out yall would give me 1 since he showed me what he got and they had a stack of them.. so i asked for a manager.. "Bernice" came out and she was extremely rude in a aggressive way to me and said "we cant give them out, end of discussion!".. before even walking up to me. EMBARRASSING ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS... i am sick to my stomach walking out this best buy having to deal with the bad service. And now my mental health is all messed up for the rest of the day.. just because i wanted a pikachu promo. Very dissappointed as total care member.. i pay for the extra services yearly to be treated like crap for something that is given away for free..

Manager had to find our shipment due to our error of our delivery address. It was a simple mistake and did not require him to be as rude and talk down to us the way he did. Customer service is dead in this store.

Recently made several big purchases from Best Buy located in Corpus Christi. The scheduling for delivery and install is riddled with problems and the products not being delivered on the day promised. Made a large payment on the account while in store and now customer service can not find evidence that we made the payment even though our online banking shows that the payment was paid to Best Buy. Horrible experience and will be looking for other avenues to purchase my electronics

I went into Best Buy for help with my dash cam after the wire broke, and Aaron from the Geek Squad department went above and beyond to help me. We had some trouble locating my warranty at first, but he was patient and determined to get it sorted. He managed to find my purchase information and helped me get a new wire for my dash cam. On top of that, he even squeezed me into service the same day so the wire could be replaced and fixed. Aaron was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process he truly deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.
