No one helped. I recently had neck surgery so I could not lift or bend. I asked 3 workers for help and each said the would send someone but it never happened 😔

I went this location in Corpus Christi on Black Friday for a certain laptop and they had just sold the last one to the guy on fromt of me. I asked can still get one sent to the house from the sale? They said "no problem" Well I paid for it and iBB said it will arrive next Wed, well it didn't, it arrived 2 days earlier on Monday. I am glad I had a great experience, I will Give this location more opporunity if I ever need something from Best Buy if I am in Corpus Christi sometime.

We went in looking for an upgrade on a TV and had no problems choosing one. They have plenty of reps to assist and knowledgeable of key TV operations. Delivery was flawless!
