  Desiree should be fired or des whatever her name is cricket should be embarrassed having manager like this in charge of their store maybe you should hire a more mature person

  Had a lost phone that we needed to replace. The young woman there was very nice and professional. She showed us different options available and we had a new phone in no time.

  I am extremely frustrated with this Cricket store. I will be pursuing and pressing charges. Desiree and Jessica are consistently causing problems and are very rude. There are two Cricket employees in the same shopping center, and one of the employees has already been issued a no-trespassing notice. Two other location in the same shopping center resulted in an assault charge involving the employee Jessica. Despite this, she continues to be allowed at these locations and continues to cause issues. She has physically put her hands on employees within the shopping center. I have also learned that she has been moved to the Aransas Pass location, where she reportedly treats customers very poorly as well. I would expect Cricket to hold itself to a higher standard. I will be moving forward with pressing charges regarding the assault involving Jessica. If needed, I am more than willing to provide my case number.

  This is the worst Cricket store in Corpus Christi TX. Although the complaints are basically the same, the customer gets a factory canned bored response. Not even thinking about the time wasted. Gas wasted, then have to watch the girl deseriee put the phone you just bought next to another device, hand it to you. And rush you out of the store. Another week trying to figure out how to use it This store is located on ANNAPOLIS/STAPLES. EITHER fire this smart aleck or close your doors. PS, we called Cricket Customer service, and reported this atrocious act day before Thanksgiving, and we are getting a new phone. There is something you can do about this treatment.
