- TETiffany EddyJan 2, 20261.0DO NOT GO TO THIS CRICKET!!!!! Priscilla Palacious is an absolutely terrible representation of your company. WORST customer service EVER. On our first visit she decided to stop helping us and spend 10 minutes on the phone so we left. Coming back today she sarcastically says "oh I remember you" then refused to allow us to ask any questions, teats us disrespectfully and yells at us. A complaint has been filed with corporate and we will be following up on this complaint to ensure that others do not have to deal with such an awful person.
