  Terrible service, needed a third line added to my account, so we were interested in the the iPhone 16 and instead of checking if they had it in stock first they ran my credit first because I was going to use progressive leasing and turns out they didn't have it in stock! Who does that! Checks your credit first and then goes and to check if they have it in stock! So there I go onto a different store!

  This store is trash. The girls at the counter wouldn't help me with my prepaid phone. I know I bought it at Wal-Mart and not the store. But that's like buying a Ford at a dealership and taking it to another Ford dealership for service but they turn you away because you didnt buy the Ford from them! Unacceptable! They didnt even try to help. This person is a passive aggressive idiot and tried to gaslight me that I threw my card on the counter when it just slipped from my hand. Please get rid of them.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Priscilla Palacious will treat you disrespectfully, not listen to you or allow you to ask questions, ignore you while she takes care of who she thinks is more important than you and yell at you. She is a terrible representation of this business and complaints have been filed against her with corporate. We will be following up on this complaint to ensure others do not have to deal with her horrible customer service.

  This store is garbage never have I walked in somewhere and had a store employee try to rage bait for no reason if you don't understand what the employee is saying he's just going to use the same words and explain it the same way and then call you dumb for not understanding The hell of a way to run business I will be changing from cricket due to this
