  Jordan did a great job setting my new plan and streamlining my bill. As always I was in and out quickly. I have been a customer of this location for many years and have always been pleased with their service.

  Bri was absolutely amazing. I have never had such great customer service. She was very patient with me when I messed up my new phone during the trade in. Kudos to Bri.

  Always an amazing experience at Verizon but even better when Jordan is there. He takes great care of my family and I. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me with all my phones and devices. Thank you for always being amazing and having the best energy. I will literally leave if he is not there. Best customer service I have seen thanks Jordan for all you do

  I wish I could give this place a Zero. I came in to get iPads for my daughters for Christmas. They had a sale going on at this time so they offered me to get a bundle deal. (3 ipads and Two iPhone 17) I couldn’t start the plan because I ordered certain colors for the iPads. Bri told me that all I need to do was pay certain amount and that’s it. I agreed to pay it when the iPads came in. When I went back to the store I was directed to Jordan. Jordan did not know what he was doing. He set me up but tried to give me a larger amount to put down on the phones and tablets when I was told by BRI to pay different amount. At this time he told me to just pay for the iPads instead of getting 2 phones added to my plan. I had to pay $239 for three iPads. However he still added two phone plans on my line. When it was time to pay for my bill, it was $609 when I was told that my bill will be $150 to $190 due to insurance on the tablets ! I never got the phones at all because I did not want to put down large payment. I was still being charged for the phones that I never received. Now I been dealing with this for a month now. They did call customer service to get it fix but it still has not been fixed on my end.
