I do not recommend this store. Vee that used to work here was fantastic, and Iman has been very proactive and helpful too, but it is no longer a good place to go. Neither of these people are involved in my problem (below). There is huge staff turnover and the new staff, while friendly, are undertrained and inexperienced. This means they quote you for one thing and they sell you another. Then, the burden is on you as the customer to constantly follow up, go in to the store to correct it, over pay your bill, wait for the manager to call, endlessly hoping that someone will take ownership to fix their error, even though three people (one of whom is the manager) have admitted my account is wrong. They should be going out of their way to fix their mistake, and actively reaching out to resolve the issue for their customer. But no, the pressure is on you to fix it yourself and this process is disorganized, stressful and can take multiple months to resolve. Frequently there is only one staff member working so you can wait a very long time for help. They are fine for a one off purchase like a cable or a case but I cannot recommend them for anything more complicated. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

These third-party Verizon stores drag down their brand and company through the mud, they are dismissive and have no want to help their customers, every time I go in with an issue or account problem, I swear I see a new fee or charge added to my bill. From now on I will only patron Corp stores

Beware of this business at every level. I shared a detailed review last week and received a generic, copy-and-paste response on Google. I followed their direction and emailed the address they provided, only to receive another one-sentence reply saying they “valued customer feedback.” Let me be clear — they don’t value feedback. They already know about their issues and incompetence but have no interest in fixing them. This company operates with a complete lack of accountability and customer care. They will waste your time, charge you for things that corporate Verizon stores do not, and create unnecessary chaos during your transition or trade-in process. The staff is dismissive, unhelpful, and at times downright rude. You will spend hours trying to resolve problems they should have prevented in the first place — and they still won’t take ownership. If you value your time, sanity, and money, save yourself the frustration and go to a corporate Verizon store or, better yet, consider a different carrier entirely. This franchise is a clear example of how poor management and lack of training can destroy customer trust.

Apparently, helping customers here is treated as an inconvenience. They aren’t outright rude—which might actually be better—instead, they’re condescending. The priority seems to be selling products and generating new money, with little concern for the hassle customers go through during the process. The store is consistently understaffed, and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. Three years ago, when I upgraded my phone and traded in a device, they failed to process my trade-in credit. It took multiple visits and a lot of persistence on my part before they finally resolved the issue. Recently, I traded in two devices and, given my past experience, I wanted to make sure things were handled properly this time. Instead of professionalism, I was met with attitude and clear frustration for even asking. By the end, the representative essentially told me that helping me was such an inconvenience that they hoped never to see me again. Honestly, I feel the same way after this experience. I’ve never felt so dismissed or disrespected as a customer. Extremely disappointing. This store is a third-party Verizon location, and I sincerely hope it is not a reflection of Verizon as a whole.

The young man who waited on me was very courteous.
