    Walked in and both associates were very annoyed by my presence, and arriving early for my order. I sincerely apologize that I arrived early. Just won’t come to your store again.

    Simply terrible! After 6 years with Verizon, I’m struggling to get my phone working. My line was deactivated by a Coppell store representative in the middle of a business trip. Now I’m trying with the 7th representative of the technical team, and no one can fix the problem. If you are considering Verizon, please think twice.

    The experience my wife and I had was horrible. We went into the store at 11:30 on Tuesday morning and our transaction was not completed until 4:30 that afternoon. It was one problem after another. There was a mistake on our initial order. This created the need to cancel the initial order which took forever. When we left, we did not leave with the watch we had requested. It needed to be ordered again as the Verizon service support person via the phone claimed the watch we wanted was not available for in store pickup. Even though there was watch in the store that was exactly what we wanted to buy. It was totally illogical. Also, the receipts that were printed out for us did not match the payments we paid via credit card. The explanation provided did not make sense either and the associates agreed with us on that but stated they did not control the receipts…. What does that mean??? This was an experience i hope no one else has to endure. Buyer be aware.

    Do not waste your time with authorized retailer stores, they look identical to Verizon stores but they are not reliable, have a different customer support line and unreliable inventory when ordering online for instore pickup. I wasted 2 hours of my life dealing with this store until I figured out this isn't verizon its victra, authorized retailer.
