He doesn't know what he's doing at all. I want to speak to someone about this and need to know where to call to get a call back? I called the 1800 number and they can't help me. If that guy has been there as long as he says something is wrong I can't be the only one complaining. I will call before I ever have to go back in that store. I needed a phone in an emergency today and that guy Alejandro didn't make anything better. He has pour customer services and a horrible attitude. He's also very disrespectful to the manger and if I was his boss he would of been gone already!
