- JPjennifer plottsSep 21, 20241.0I won't be back unless Sharron is there! This guy Alejandro is a joke so disrespectful to Sharron and to myself and the others in the store. He doesn't know what he's doing at all. I want to speak to someone about this and need to know where to call to get a call back? I called the 1800 number and they can't help me. If that guy has been there as long as he says something is wrong I can't be the only one complaining. I will call before I ever have to go back in that store. I needed a phone in an emergency today and that guy Alejandro didn't make anything better. He has pour customer services and a horrible attitude. He's also very disrespectful to the manger and if I was his boss he would of been gone already!

And said he was taking card only well unfortunately I only had cash and needed to pay today ! Brian Just wanted to be lazy and go home on time instead of taking care of business.
