The only reason why I was helped was because another person came in the store thereafter and I guess they didn’t want to be behind. I was there for a whole different reason. But the retail person told me to go across the street to a company so that “they can take a look at my battery”. Well that was never my issue. I just decided to go to the Apple Store to get things done because the employee didn’t know what he was doing.
