Every time I call customer service, I’m put on hold forever, only to be hung up on. When I call back, the same thing happens again. It’s like they’re actively avoiding me. No follow-up, no accountability, no resolution. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any company. Verizon, you’ve lost my trust completely.
