    We were 20+ year customers of a competitor and switched yesterday to Verizon. The company offered competitive pricing with the same equipment but what was truly outstanding was the personalized customer service we received by Adam Rankin. He went above and beyond to deliver outstanding professional service in getting us switched and data transferred to new phones and watches. We are now pleased to be part of the Verizon family! We will spread the word!!! Thank you Adam for all your help.

    Horrible service. From the moment we walked in, Bernadette was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not want to help us—rolling her eyes and speaking disrespectfully. When we asked for her name, she responded by cussing at us. This was hands down the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had and has made us seriously consider switching providers. Management needs to address what’s happening at this store.

    As a long time customer I went in with every intention of canceling because of a few issues I have had with the call center. I will personally never deal with calling in again and will go to the corporate store in Conroe. Thank you so much for the help Rachanna! We're staying because of your customer service.

    Terrible customer service. We went to cancel our plan and they did not allow us to cancel in-store. We had to leave without returning our internet service.

    Unbelievable. Truly unbelievable. We have been V. customers for a few decades. Although the last 6-7 years were on Verizon's pre-paid plan for its stability and low monthly fee. The stores always treat pre-paid folks like an unwanted step-kid. Nevertheless, we do have a V account with a V password. After the phone broke we got locked out of our account due to not remembering the pin AND the stupid website kept sending validation texts to a phone that was DEAD. We went to this store. Twice. The first time the staff said they didn't have the skillset to reset the account/pin in person. After waiting 45 minutes, the store employees set us up on a phone call to customer service to wait on hold - IN THE STORE. The people in the call center never answered. Today, after spending no less than 2 hours on a friend's phone with Pre-paid support, most of that being on hold, Pre-paid support said to get our old phone and its sim card and head to the store to activate the old phone. Again waited an hour. The store rep said Verizon off loads Pre-paids to various companies that they have nothing to do with. The Verizon rep then said our phone was too old and she would not help any further. Didn't matter that we have been without a phone for 3 days and are again leaving a Verizon store without a phone. She just laughed and walked away. Obviously, we needed to buy a phone. Resigned to end up on a typical subscription plan with it being 2 days away from Xmas (bills) and property taxes due. Had already scoped and picked the plan and the phone. Even had print outs of selections in hand with us. The V rep was locked into "Pre-paid folks are garbage" mentality. This lady didn't give one iota of compassion or her job to sell phones. So, day 3 of being phoneless without any help from Verizon, we again left a phone store without a phone. You can go any place to be treated like crap. Go anyplace but this store. They treat you like crap AND are completely useless.
