  First and foremost I want to say thank you to Danni, Ocean, Logan, and Nick. I do hope I spelled everyone's names correctly, you four are so amazing and very patient with my husband and I going back and forth with wanting to get a new phone and to wanting to switch over from AT&t to Verizon. Not only did you guys give us a great deal, Logan you were giving out different suggestions that we could add to our account, you didn't have to but you did. Nick, thank you for your kind words and great customer service! Danni, you were the first one to get us hooked on the thought of moving over to Verizon. Ocean, my husband wanted to personally thank you for helping him! We are a Verizon family now and I don't think we'll be leaving.

  Mina was super helpful and was able to get all my concerns resolved! I ended having to leave and come back the next day and she was still a rockstar:) Now I just have to wait for my brand new dream phone to get here. Couldn’t have done it without her amazing customer service and hard work.

  Went to Colleyville store to upgrade family iphones Worked with Daniel who was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable, patient and explained the options available without being pushy. He gave me his cell number in case I had a problem transferring data. Highly recommend going to this store, I will return .

  The sales associate Mina really helped and streamlined the process. Despite the need to back order the phones, Mina kept us informed on the status of the order and was very transparent. Very happy about the process.
