I brought my 32 inch Visio TV in because it lost the picture but has sound. The GEEK SQUAD person told me the screen was cracked because it had been hit.
While there was a very faint scratch that you could barely see, you couldn't even feel it. I bought it last year in Waco as a display of one that was being replaced with a new version.
I LIVE ALONE AND AM THE ONLY PERSON IN MY APARTMENT.. It seemed to me as though he was blowing me off since I am considered to be elderly, and he didn't want to bother with it or me even though I had a scheduled my apt.
