What is going on with Best Buy? I called to set up an installation in my car. Appointment is over a week out, no problem. I'm asked to pay over $100 up front, before the work is ever done. Not okay. But then I inquire about the possibility of best buy canceling my appointment. I'm informed that I'd get a refund in 7 to 10 business days. What is that? Why not immediately if they want my payment immediately? Why am I paying for a service that hasn't been done yet? What if it's cheaper? What if it's more expensive? This is stupid. Best buy keeps updating things that just make this store lose credibility. I'll be taking all of my business elsewhere from now on. I know one person doesn't matter. But at least other folks know what to expect.

I went in because my apple phone screen wasn’t working and it wouldn’t receive any texts or calls. There was one woman working and she was very rude. Her comments were condescending and at one point she stated if I turned my phone in to get it fixed it would take 1-2 weeks. When I asked if I would be left without a phone she said “uh ya? You think we have enough phones on hand to just give you one?” She kept interrupting me and yanking my phone out of my hand. Seriously disappointed in the customer service and who you hire to help people.

Go and work with Sergio. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with us on buying a fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, beverage cooler, 4 Samsung TVs, food warmer, microwave, iMac and iPods. Will continue to go to this location and work with him on all future electronic purchases.

Geek squad at this particular BestBuy needs to get their employees trained onto the same page. This Caucasian boy appeared to be in his early 20s with long hair blonde or red headed I can not remember, but he had the nerve to falsely accuse me saying that I had both water damage and had tampered with my AirPods when I clearly did not. He literally misread everything which as a business that literally looks super bad making accusations on a customer without being 100% certain of such thing especially when your job revolves around doing warranty claims for customers. It literally states both of those things listed as being “limitations” meaning if either of those things were actually found on my AirPods they wouldn’t be covered under warranty. He then proceeded to say he cannot ship my AirPods to Apple because according to “him” he was 100% certain they had water damage and had been tempered with. Mind you the pictured I attached was from a previous work order on these particular set of AirPods. I literally called Apple once I left this BestBuy and they were livid saying how I as a customer was accused of such things when those things are literally stated as limitations. Apple customer service is literally 100% top notch in comparison to BestBuy, Apple got me situated and I got replacement from them. I hope BestBuy reaches out and at least gives me some compensation for this false accusation.
