I went into the local store to get a replacement SIM card for a lost phone, but ended up getting a new phone instead. The new phone was acting up and I decided to return it, however; I only ended up with about a 15% refund over what I paid due to all of the hidden fees, which were not explained at the time of purchase. Also, they told me the case that I received had been part of a free promotion, but it evidently wasn't. With Cricket, you get nothing, absolutely nothing for always paying your bill on time and long-term customer loyalty.
