- AOAustin OliverJan 10, 20265.0Came into the store yesterday and a girl named Emily helped me get everything transferred over from my old carrier to cricket. I was warmly welcomed and treated as if I were a long term customer. She was very patient and kind. Someone please get this woman a raise!
- TETabitha EstesJan 3, 20261.0The girls at this store are very rude. Talked over me very loudly. The manager Rosa sold my husband a watch that is not compatible with my phone. After he asked her on more than one visit to the store if this is the correct watch. Was told that if the watch with the box and receipt was brought in then we could do an exchange or refund. Apparently Rosa was at the store yesterday and she stated she would have refunded the watch had it been brought in then. Noone from the store contacted us. Rosa stated that there is not a working phone at the center store and that the employees do not get paid to use their personal phone to contact customers. We will definitely be going elsewhere.
