Went in to see what her options were because her older phone was messing up and since she has strokes she needs a phone to call if she starts feeling weird and just for every day life period. After explaining this to the customer service worker she was treated with the utmost unprofessional attitude I’ve seen. She asked a simple question about why new customers get better deals than customers that have been loyal for years and the response from the employee was “Have you ever owned a business” on repeat along with other sarcastic or down right rude responses to basic questions. My mother was respectful and kind when asking questions and didn’t warrant this type of service. The dude also had no idea how to use the damn iPad to help with service. Not sure what his name is but only old gray haired a hole in the place. Whoever you are you need customer service training or a swift firing.

He tried a number of different things to help me and ultimately was successful. I am very thankful for his efforts as well as his floor managers efforts. He was openly aggressive, repeatedly interrupted me, and refused to let me speak unless I said what he wanted to hear. His attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of behavior ruins the image of the brand and makes customers feel mistreated and unwelcome. There are plenty of Verizon stores nearby — do yourself a favor and go to any other one. You’ll save time, energy, and frustration.
