    I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and was told my new phone would arrive in 3–5 business days. I never received a call or message, so I went back to the store and was told by Dave that the box was “defective” and they had already sent it back. I was told they would reorder it. After two more weeks of waiting and still no communication, I called the store and was told my phone had arrived. I went back in, only to be told they couldn’t find it. Then I was told they actually had one in stock, but I would have to restart the entire process. At that point I told the employee (short guy with dreads) that I no longer wanted the phone because I was extremely frustrated. Steve stepped in and convinced me to continue, saying this was the last one in stock. While we were processing the upgrade, I noticed another customer was interested in the same phone. Steve and the other employee stepped away and spoke with that customer. When Steve returned, he told me the phone was suddenly “defective” — brand new, sealed in the box. At that point, it felt very suspicious and unprofessional, and I strongly believe the phone was going to be sold to the other customer instead. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Poor communication, wasted time, and zero accountability. I will never go back to this store again

    After struggling with cellular connectivity on my new iPhone for weeks, calling Verizon customer service, sometimes made my problems worse, chatting on site, so many hours wasted, I was still unable to make or receive calls. When I finally walked into Verizon Cellular Sales store on Bell Blvd in Cedar Park, TX Daniel greeted me, and promptly got to work, and within an hour, I finally got my calling ability restored! Daniel was so knowledgeable, knowing who to speak to and what he was looking for, he guided customer service so as to not waste any more time. He figured out what was wrong, and I could just finally relax and know I was in competent hands. This guy actually knows what he’s doing. Dan the Man.

    How do I give zero stars? I am not a Verizon customer. Someone opened an account in my name & ordered 7 phones. Good luck trying to get them to close a fraud claim. I opened the claim, provided proof of name and residency, and the police report number. They have zero people skills. This is going to require an attorney. Oh, I've been dealing with this with them since July 2025, here we are in December.
