- BHbrad hinkson3 days ago1.0I visited this Verizon store on December 29th, 2025 to replace a phone lost on vacation. Their website said they have all of the newest iPhones in stock...they did not. The young man I worked found one iPhone 16 in the back. He said the new phone would add $2 to my company business plan because of a promotion they had. Great, or so I thought. A week later I find out he changed my business plan, did a couple of other questionable things which increased my monthly bill by $30, not the $2 he claimed.

A lady did tell me she would be right with me about 10 before that. I tried to just ask if I was resetting my phone right so when they got to me I could get it taken care of. No one even put me on a wait list. Horrible customer service, Georgetown store is way better

Jefa(what his tablet said) is who spoke to (short guy with ponytail) was absolutely rude and kept saying I was arguing when I was simply asking for clarification and stating the state of my account. I have no service and my account is up to date and they were rude telling me there's nothing they can do and to not waste my time there and sent me on my way with no solutions or service. He actually told me to change providers, it was wild to have him tell me that. Not even to mention making new account nope just to not waste time in store and that if he were me since my phone is unlocked he would've changed provider the day after I opened my account back in July! Definitely not someone to be in customer service or tell account holders to go to different provider.
