Her communication and follow-through were excellent—truly outstanding customer service!

Verizon customer service confirmed the exchange should be accepted, but when I went back the next day, the store staff still denied it and gave zero explanation. I just ported in from T-Mobile, and this is the “welcome” I got. If this is how this store people especially manager who didn’t answer the customer service calls regarding the situation of not providing service to new customers, pathetic.
