  Dr. Sheree Milligan and her team are amazing. My dog can be difficult, but they always go the extra step to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Milligan truly listens, takes her time, and explains everything clearly, which I really appreciate. It makes such a difference to feel heard and supported, especially with a challenging pet. I’m very grateful for the care we receive and highly recommend her and her team.

  I have a very anxious and reactive shih tzu. She needs to be sedated to have grooming and be seen by the vet. I took my dog here three times total. Each time I have a negative complaint about. First- the groomer did not cut the hair around my dogs face properly. That is literally one of the main areas my dog will not let me cut at home. She’s sedated… what’s the issue? The groomer told me to go somewhere else when I called to complain. LOL NO. IM COMING BACK YOU'RE GONNA FIX IT. The vet told her to do it and she did. So at least it was corrected, but the groomer already gave me the impression that she hates me cus I called her out. Anyway, the second time- again the same groomer sucked, but my dogs hair needs to be cut and most vets don’t have groomers, so I felt like I didn’t really have another local choice. Third- I was willing to try one more time with a new groomer this location recently hired. She was worse. I found a big long lump of ear wax in my dogs ear. She didn’t clean them out. I didn’t bother calling them to fix the issue after that. The staff here is nice, but also kinda lack luster… I asked for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and they said they would just email it to me instead of them doing it. I called the pharmacy only for them to tell me it has to be the vet to send it in. SHOCKER. Anyway, I think they just made things complicated, so that I’m less likely to go back. And it worked. CONGRATS

  VCA Premier saved my puppy’s life! He needed emergency surgery and the ER vet was going to charge me $10,000! VCA squeezed us in on a Friday (he would not have lasted the weekend) for a fraction of the cost. I cannot thank them enough for fitting us in and the entire staff was just incredible. From the front desk people, to the vet techs, to Dr. Manzano who performed the surgery- they were so kind and invested in our baby! We will definitely be switching to them for our regular vet needs, despite the 25 minute drive from our house because a good vet is worth the drive! We highly recommend VCA premiere in Cedar Park.

  Staff is always very friendly and take such good care of my little fur baby. She always has a blast and I do as well.
