  I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve brought my car to Klingemann Car Care & Tire Pros. The team is always super nice, pleasant to work with, and just an all-around lovely group of people. Most recently they did my yearly maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, and vent cleaning) and everything was smooth and professional as always. It’s great having a shop I trust—highly recommend!

  I called 2 days ahead and got a 10am appointment for getting my AC checked. On the service day, they told me the technician wouldn't look at the car until the end of the day and that I'd have to drop the car off for the entire day. Why give an appointment when you can't honor it? Took my business elsewhere.

  This is the second time I've brought my vehicles to Klingemann for service. I had an excellent experience with them fixing a really bad & complicated oil/coolant leak on my wife's vehicle. This time my truck had a coolant leak in a difficult location and Noe (manager) was very professional and gave a very fair estimate. The repair was done expeditiously, and I am again very impressed. I would absolutely recommend the Cedar Park location as I have had nothing but good service, fair pricing and excellent results with my repairs and service.
