On Thursday, I called to confirm the store’s opening hours for the next day and was told it opened at 8 AM. When I arrived promptly at 8 AM, a representative rudely informed me that the store only accepts appointments from 8 to 9 AM, even though there was just one customer ahead of me. I knew exactly what I needed and would have been quick, yet the representative slammed the door in my face, saying the store doesn’t open to the public until 9 AM. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for eight years, and this is how I am treated at a retail store? It’s disappointing and frustrating to see such rudeness in a customer-facing role. Verizon, please do better!

He helped me to navigate the entire process and stayed with us through the end. And we closed the store. That's how long it took and that's how patient he was. I liked that there was a que at this location that indicated how many people were in front of you. I ended up taking a couple of calls as we waited which was very helpful and efficient.
