When I arrived promptly at 8 AM, a representative rudely informed me that the store only accepts appointments from 8 to 9 AM, even though there was just one customer ahead of me. I knew exactly what I needed and would have been quick, yet the representative slammed the door in my face, saying the store doesn’t open to the public until 9 AM. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for eight years, and this is how I am treated at a retail store? It’s disappointing and frustrating to see such rudeness in a customer-facing role. Verizon, please do better!
