    Visited this location on November 6, 2025. Made my purchase and it was to be delivered the following day to my store. I received confirmation that would happen. Next day, their shipper, Roadie, sends it back to Best Buy. I call on the 6th and Best Buy said that they would send a replacement and I would receive and email confirmation. Today is November 11, 2025 no email, no product, yet they have my money. Called customer service and was told that the replacement was never sent last week. Yet Best Buy has my money. NEVER AGAIN!!

    I recently ordered a 55in tv and wall mount when I took it out the box no power cord no remote it was an open box purchase in excellent condition. I called bestbuy corporate number they were of no assistance. I went to the store I purchased it at and issue was resolved to best of the manager ability he marked down the purchase and gave me gift card for the balance. For future reference when purchasing open box have them open it before you leave.

    Brisa was fantastic! I'm currently in school for my Nurse Practitioner program and needed a reliable laptop. She took the time to explain what RAM and GB meant, and made sure I found the perfect laptop for both school and my future career. She was incredibly patient with me and even helped me find good deals online. I ended up choosing the laptop she originally recommended, even though I spent some time exploring other options before coming back to it. It turned out to be exactly what I needed and wanted.     David, one of the sales rep, is a gem! My husband and I are not tech savvy. We did our best to explain the two items we needed. David was spot on and understood our needs. He had the 3 P’s. He was very professional, patient and prompt with his response. David was also very thorough in explaining the Best Buy credit card bonuses for signing up. If you need assistance, find David.
