Next day, their shipper, Roadie, sends it back to Best Buy. I call on the 6th and Best Buy said that they would send a replacement and I would receive and email confirmation. Today is November 11, 2025 no email, no product, yet they have my money. Called customer service and was told that the replacement was never sent last week. Yet Best Buy has my money. NEVER AGAIN!!

I called bestbuy corporate number they were of no assistance. I went to the store I purchased it at and issue was resolved to best of the manager ability he marked down the purchase and gave me gift card for the balance. For future reference when purchasing open box have them open it before you leave.
