One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! Me and my buddies were shopping around for some fridges since we are all going to college soon! We were struggling with the prices until an employee, Ellis I believe was the name, helped up by pointing out some payment plan options they have! This was a life saver as we really wanted a beverage compartment but all the fridges were out of our budget! Best salesmanship I’ve seen!

Bought a soundbar last week that was on sale, it was the Insignia 5.1.2 but just now just gotten to install it. The speakers were not pairing to the soundbar, called to let them know the situation and I even threw away the box. They said no problem, just bring it back and we will exchange it. They exchanged it and was super friendly and very quick. Definitely recommend!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received here. I went in for what should have been a simple radio install. At my first appointment, I was told the wrong panel had been ordered — annoying, but fine, mistakes happen. We ordered the correct one and I was given a new appointment. I was told the install would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
I showed up early for the new appointment at 9:45, pulled my car in, and expected things to go smoothly. Fast forward to around 11:20, and I went to check on the progress… only to find the installer talking to another customer, and the ONLY thing done was that my original panel had been pulled out. That’s it. No explanation, no updates, nothing.
Then I’m told it’s actually a three-hour job, which is NOT what I was told when the appointment was scheduled.
When my car was finally “finished,” I discovered they left my old radio in the dash and installed the new one awkwardly on the bottom. When I asked why on earth they didn’t remove the old radio, the explanation I got was basically, “Well, I’d have to take off the whole dash to get it out.”
So instead of doing the job correctly, they took the absolute laziest route possible and expected me to just accept it. Completely ridiculous. In my experience, this was unprofessional, lazy, and a total waste of my time.
I will NOT be coming back, and I would strongly recommend going anywhere else if you expect clear communication, honesty about job times, or an install that’s actually done properly.

After having my sense of safety and peace ripped away after a traumatic event, I felt I needed cameras installed in my car. I went here to see about getting my OEM equipment installed this particular day. The initial encounter with the associate ensured me that the equipment could be installed or I could purchase equipment from them, however they did not have the part needed to go with their equipment and the technician was out; resulting in me keeping my OEM. An appointment was scheduled for 1/27, but was cancelled after someone from Best Buy called to reschedule the appointment; offering a goodwill gesture. Fast forward to today, I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, unable to reach anyone at the bay; I made contact with an associate when I drove back to the front. By the time I made back to the bay someone else was being assisted; however I was acknowledged. The technician informed of potential issues that could come up with the equipment/harness; which he was going to check, Also, additional fees in the event he has to go beyond; which there was no issue from me if I needed to pay extra. The initial encounter with the first associate was at great length, very promising that the OEM could be installed, and left me forward to looking forward to the instillation. I left Best Buy with my none Best Buy equipment feeling uncertain, and likely to not return for anything requiring that type of service.
