The Geek Squad people here clearly do not know anything about computers. I brought in new drives to transfer data and reconfigure my storage and it took several minutes to explain to the lady what I wanted and I still didn't get it. I have 2 HDD's, one main and one backup, and just wanted one of the HDD's swapped out with a larger one and data transferred. Instead, they took all the old ones out, put just the one new one back in, put all the data on it, and gave me the others in a box. I wanted a backup drive! I said that several times! A guy even called me to ask me and I told him that! The lady was also kinda rude because I was reading the paperwork and she just straight up took it from me while I was in the middle of going over it. The computer also came back with a weird musty smell like men's gym socks. I will not be using this best buy's services again.

I was at this store yesterday evening, a young ladie help me, at least she try, she was not in a good mood, she make me feel as if I was doing something wrong asking her to help me, also she didn't anything about knowledge of Microwaves which is the item I was there to buy. I ended up going to best buy at Mesquite the guy there Homer Resendiz was very very helpful.

I always order from bestbuy and never had an issue and I spent thousands of dollars using my personal and my business account, one of my orders never delivered and it says delivered on bestbuy app, when I checked the camera bestbuy delivery put it outside the store and took a picture and then took the item.
I’ve tried contacting customer service, store manager, fraud department, also on facebook but it looks like they don’t care about their customers even though I showed them a proof by sending the camera footage from my store!!
Shame on BestBuy to treat customers like this 👎

I was browsing surround sound systems when a sales associate aggressively coerced me to make the purchase that same day, despite my clearly stating that it was not urgent and that I preferred to wait until the item went back on sale. He repeatedly reassured me that I could simply call back for a price match if the price dropped and even saved the item in my Best Buy app so I would receive notifications, creating a false sense of security that I was protected from overpaying. What he failed to disclose conveniently was the strict and limited time frame required to honor a lower price. By the time the price dropped, that window had already closed, leaving me stuck paying significantly more for an item I could have purchased for far less. This experience was misleading, unacceptable, and raises serious concerns about the integrity and sales practices within the electronics department. Lesson learned, I will not be making a purchase like this again.

Went instore to do a warranty claim on a ps5 controller and headphones. The lady clerk did not know how to help me, as she struggled to pull up the items. I've been a plus member for 5+ years, and I'll cancel my membership because of this store. I was denied the claim on my headphones because "I bought them online", and all they could do for my ps5 controller was store credit. I decided to leave and call customer support to get help, but upon leaving the store I got an email saying they canceled my warranty on the remote, meaning someone in the store KEPT my store credit. Absolute disappointment in BestBuy. I was about to buy a TV and a home theater with my bestbuy credit, but I'll just let them close the account since the current balance is 0.
