Plus, charge you $40 to setup /activate the phone. I just got a new iPhone from a different location a month ago and left store with no case or screen protector. I went to Walmart & purchased these items for a fraction of the $120 this place charged. & beware, Verizon will charge you for a phone you purchase from them way beyond the payback period. They only remove the charge if you call and tell them the phone has been paid off.

She was able to not only efficiently provide me with a new phone, transfer data, and quickly estimate my out-the-door cost, she was also diligent to correct technical difficulties bu phone and negotiate with the billing office when my promotional discount was not initially applied. Her customer advocacy was impressive and greatly appreciated! She was at the same time able to assist two other customers and replace a lost phone for a third customer to meet all our needs in a timely and helpful fashion. Thank you!
