- NCNolan CappsJun 4, 20251.0DONT USE GEEK SQUAD! I took my computer in for a case swap after 5 days i was called in that it was 100% done and ready, when i took it home and set it up i found it was now missing WiFi. When i returned it i was given three different reasons why it wasnt done none of them matched up to each other. I was not informed they couldnt move the Wifi from my old case to my new one. When i returned it and was given the fake reasons and came back the next day some how magically they could make the wifi move from my old case to my new one. When i spoke with the geek squad manager "Tim" he gave me these smug "You signed our paperwork and we are not at fault" BS with a grin on his face telling me this is the only time he ever gets a win. When i asked for a refund i was told because they did half ass crap work it still counts and wont be getting anything back. DONT USE GEEKSQUAD use smaller pc repair store's
