I did check availability before I called. I called bc its happened before where your stock online says you have it and then I get there and you dont. I called and your service rep lied and said they were in store and they weren't ever in store according to the person who greeted me when I went in. She said this location has never carried it. It wasted my time and it was very upsetting and ruined your business reputation for me. Also you utilize Ai in your phone answering system which is a moral failing as well as a waste of time for your callers. You had plenty of employees in your store not occupied so I doubt the call volume is more than what they could handle I think your company has made poor customer service choices to cut costs and I wont ever use your services again.
I called to make sure they had what I wanted before I left my house and bought a gift card to pay for it. When I called I was tossed from AI to Ai and customer service rep to customer service rep until I got one who said they were at the store and did have 2 in stock. So I went and got the gift card and drove to the store only to be told they 'dont take calls' and the service reps aren't even in the states and they havent carried that brand at this pocation in years. Very disappointed and disgusted that best buy rep would lie to me and they use Ai. Now I dont even want to buy from them because of their poor values and customer service. DO NOT CALL THEIR SERVICE REPS BC THEY ARE LIARS. Will never support best buy ever again.

OK, Best Buy. You should treat every customer with respect and not waste their time. I just want to make it clear to others how you treat longtime repeat customers. I went to my Best Buy account, since sometime in 2019 to now, I have spent $23,358.51 dollars at Best Buy. Look it up and prove me wrong…. That does not include household spending of which is on my Sig-Os’ account.
You shipped me a damaged product, your trusted partner gave me no time to send in photographs and you hide behind social media as your “customer service.” Sorry, I forgot about the immense help your chatbot gives… Anyway, I guess this kind of garbage service works for ya, but not for me. It was nice while it lasted.

Horrible experience. Went during the Black Friday sale to buy a fridge and was told a certain date that it would arrive - I bought the fridge in November and was told it would be delivered by January. I am now being told it’s pushed out a couple months and it could take a whole year before I receive my fridge now. This is insane because had I known the time frame originally, I would have bought the fridge elsewhere during the Black Friday sale. Now I’m kinda stuck waiting without a fridge, and when I called customer service and spoke to a person named Karen - she said there’s no compensation for my situation either. I was told a month and a half wait time and now being told possibly a whole year. That’s a huge difference and horrible service to lie to a customer about that.
