Terrible service. Terrible. Ordered a tv online and picked up curbside. Opened it up and realized it’s not the ROKU interface I’d thought it was. Called the store to check return policy twice and it’s impossible to get a human. They put you on hold for 30 minutes with a toll free job and never put a human on. So if you want details on a return, this location forces you drive all the way back to their location to speak with a human being.

This starts a horror movie for the family and me we came in an bought a new washer and dryer (Samsung) after delivery of the set , day one the dryer will not dry, exchange got another dryer ,worked 4mos not it is not drying, we had call and call set up for pickup of the washer and dryer, get another set. An start over ,THANK YOU
