I went to this store in order to change my cell phone plan to Visible as my new carrier. I had seen that you could now do this at Best Buy and that an associate would be glad to assist with setting up your phone if needed. CJ, who was helping me, didn't know that their website said they would do that, but he checked and saw that was the case. He said he would be glad to help me even though he hadn't done it before. He was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. There were a few "glitches" while he was trying to set up my phone, but he figured it all out and got it done for rme. I just wanted to say how great he was to help me. i would probably never have gotten it done by myself, as I haven't ever done that before either. He went out of his way to help me even though it took about 1 1/2 hours. He was the BEST and such a nice young man. We had a chance to talk wihile all of this was going on. Thank you so much CJ.

If you need help, see Bell he’s the man ! Jose in Tv area is very unhelpful . Stood next to him for 25 minutes. He didn’t even acknowledge I was there.

Blatant false product pricing. When I call the employee to get the product, he let's me know that price is actually for a case. When I brought it up the the barely competent team on site, they advised they use a 3rd party to set price tags. Good way to not take responsibility. When asked if they don't check, the lady said no not really. I will be escalating this.

First off, Best Buy in my opinion has always had ok to good customer service. The young lady that checked me out was very nice and helpful. I was picking up a 75" TV that had been an exclusive online deal and had to rent a truck to get it home. My son pulled the truck around and the one store associate stood there with the t v.So I asked if he needed me to help load, and he said, no.Someone was coming. Someone showed up and loaded the t v into the truck. I get the t v home open the door of the truck and find that the t v is wet at the bottom. You can also see that there had been water that has seeped into the cardboard quite a ways up. I find it hard to believe that they were not aware of the dampness on the box. My son and I noticed it immediately when we unloaded the t v. I decided to rent a second truck and return it for a different one that wasn't wet..But the lack of concern for my situation from the lady at the door made me decide just to cut my losses and return it because it had cost me my savings on the deal renting a truck the second time. I asked how was it that the loaders didn't feel the wet box when when me and my son felt it immediately? Her response was, I don't know I wasn't here when actually she was there when they loaded it. Customer service is a huge deal for me,So that's when I decided just to leave the TV cut my losses and move on. I ended up purchasing another tv online that cost a little more, but comes with free delivery from a competitor. They were happy to have my business it seemed, or at least they pretended very convincingly. Not saying BestBuy has lost my business for good, but retail stores should make every effort possible to make the customer feel as if you care, even if you don't. There are other retail options for the same products.
